How long does it take from Pudong Airport to the Bund?

which mode of transport is the best and the cheapest? thank you

I think the cheap way is to take the local subway. You can take the subway line 2 to reach Nanjing East Road and then walk to the Bund.
The whole journey may take you around an hour and ten minutes.
