About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

I have visa for 30 days, so can i stay even on the 30th day in china and leave on the 31st day?

my visa is for 30 days and i entered china on 5th jan and on the 3rd feb i will be completing 30 days stay. So can i stay on the 3rd and book tickets for 4th feb

NO, you'd better not do that. Overstay in China may cause problem for your next visit. So, better leave before or on the date of visa expiration.
