Bejing's weather

Hi...i planning to go to the city this January 24.... I heard now the city have air pollution..how the condition there?. is it the weather going to be okay on that day? Is it still snowing there now?

The air condition get much better recently, so please do not worry abou it.
There is no snow on that day.
