About:China Visa on Arrival

Getting a valid visa after 4 months touring India

Hi, hope some of you can help?!

I hold a UK passport.

I plan to travel thru India from 26th feb for 4months, before entering Nepal and making my way into Mainland china. If a pre-issued single entry is obtained before leave the UK, it expires over the following 3 months. So how do I do it?? I've not research Nepal visas yet as I have hit a wall trying to figure out the Chinese visa situation!!

Thanks for any replies!

Hi, as I know, you can get a Nepal visa on arrival. I am not sure if you plan to enter China by road to Tibet from Katmandu, if yes, you may not able to do this. Because if you want to enter Tibet, you have to apply for a Tibet Travel Permit with Chinese visa. However, this permit has been suspended recently. You can confirm this with a Chinese travel agency first. Anyway, to apply for a China visa from Nepal is possible. Or just try to apply for double entry tourist visa in UK before leaving.
