multiple destinations within china

Question

I am planning a 3.5 week trip to china and plan on staying in many cities and regions, when appling for a visa I see you must provide details of a round trip plane tickets and hotel reservations, will I have to supply all the reservations I have throughout the entire trip (6 or 7)? or is it a special situation and I should do something different?

Hi, hotel bookings of few nights for your first destination in China are enough. You can provide detailed travel itinerary if necessary. It is not necessary to provide the reservations for the entire trip.
