Multiple Destinations within China

I am planning a 3.5 week trip to china and plan on staying in many cities and regions, when appling for a visa I see you must provide details of a round trip plane tickets and hotel reservations, will I have to supply all the reservations I have throughout the entire trip (6 or 7)? or is it a special situation and I should do something different?
