About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

Want to know there are any time limitation for invitation letter to apply for visa

Got authenticated invitation letter on 25th., dec-12 but want to apply for visa on 3rd., february-13, are there any problem?

An invitation letter is usually valid for 3 months from the day of its issue, so I don't think you will meet any problem to submit the application on Feb. 13.
