what is the best way go to zhuhai from macau?

Well, the best way should be to cross Gongbei immigration border. By doing that, you can easily get to Gongbei, Zhu Hai, where you can easily take the public buses to the city center or your destinaion.

Hengqin Oyster Farm (either lunch/dinner) +
Fishergirl statue +
Meixi Archway OR New Yuan Ming Palace (if to visit either 1, which 1 better?) +
Wanzai Seafood (either lunch/dinner) +
last stop Gongbei shopping street,

isit still advisable to go through Gongbei immigration instead of Hengqin port? If as per my itinerary above, how and where should i start off? I'll be leaving from Venetian hotel with my luggage so was thinking to start off from lotus port to hengqin, then go do the visiting (after check-in hotel somewhr near gongbei) and back to wanzai area again, then back to Gongbei shopping till night. Any advise is appreciated.

As per your itinerary, it is fine to cross the Hengqin port. But if your hotel is near Gongbei border, it would be best to go through Gongbei port. Free shuttle buses are available from the Venetian to either Lotus Bridge or Gongbei Border Gate.
