travelling in very low temperatues in shenyang?

We are planning to Visit Shenyang from India for some Business Purpose, just wondering if the roads, airports would be operational due to very low temperatues ?

Rushabh, I have been living in Shenyang for 3 years now.  You should have no problems with closures.   I fly a lot for work and have never had the airport close due to snow or cold, they are used to and have the equipment to handle both.  Very rarely; 2-3 times a year the highway will close due to heavy snow, the roads are open the next day.  If the highway is closed the secondary roads are always still open.
