How can I get Chinese Visa here in Saudi Arabia

Dear Sir/Madam,

I'm presently working here in Riyadh Saudi Arabia and I'm going to my annual vacation on March 16, 2013 to Philippines. My family and I have plan tour in China. They are in Philippines and before I left here I want arrange my tourist visa from Philippines to China. Can you please give me the details and requirement to avail the Visa.
