can my husband invite my sister and cousin to china including me and my 3 sons?

we are planning for a family visit in china with my 3 sons, 1 sister and 1 cousin. 2nd time for me and my youngest, first time for my 2 sons,sister and cousin. my question is, can my husband invite us all and how much money are required for his bank statement? thanks!
