How can I obtain a visa with only 2 months left on my ARC?

Hi, I am an American citizen currently working under an E2 visa in South Korea. My ARC expires March 23, 2013 and I just received a job offer in Shanghai starting in March. Is it possible for me to obtain a visa with only 2 months left on my ARC?

Hi Teal, they ask for ARC valid for 6 months because they believe you will go back to Korea after visiting China. But if yours is going to expire soon, I am afraid you will not able to get a visa there. Anyway, as what Brent suggested above, you can contact a local travel agency for details.
