Hi, i'll be going to hong kong end of this january. what should i bring and will be windy?

Well, it will be cloudy. The temperature will range from 16C to 23C. You can take along long-sleeved shirt, light coat and jeans. Generally, it will have wind, but it is soft and pleasant. Don't worry!
