From HK Airport to Holiday Inn Express Kowloon East

other than airport express or taxi, is there airport bus/shuttle to holiday inn express in kowloon east?

You can take bus E22A to reach Tseung Kwan O Station, Po Yap Road and then you can ask the local people to find your hotel. That station is just about 400 meters by walking.
