getting of arrival visa to shenzhen.

Question

Dear sir/ Madam, I am from Bangalore, India. And INDIAN PASSPORT HOLDER  i am having important meeting/ Purchase decision in the city. On 19th Jan 2013. I am travelling there via Hong Kong, Visited Many time VISA. With Multiple Entry Business VISA. Now my VISA is expired. But I must visit only Shen Zhen SEZ area. Is it possible to get the VISA at the Border?

I have to say it depends, you'd better apply in advance in India for a Chinese visa. Or you may need help through a travel agency in HK. Shen Zhen VOA policy is changing all the time, so better not risk on this if you have important meeting.
