Hi, you can try to submit your application through Chinese embassy in Tel Aviv, or send your application directly to HK Immigration Department. Documents required are generally copies of your passport, application form, photo, return ticket and hotel reservation or an invitation letter from HK in which the sponsor agrees to provide financial support and accommodation, and one copy of the sponsor's HK ID.
