Should Singapore Citizen need to apply PRC Visa if go for 15days Sightseeing in China?

I have extracted the following text from your web site and would like to confirm if I am going for 15 days sightseeing in China, should I apply for a PRC Visa before depart Singapore. I am a Singapore Citizen.

1. Ordinary passport holders from Singapore are exempted from visa to the PRC if they stay in the PRC for less than 15 days for business, sightseeing, visiting relatives and friends, or transit.
2. But in following situations, citizens of Singapore are required to apply for visas before they enter the PRC:
1) Ordinary passport holders intending to stay in the PRC for more than 15 days;

You don't need any visa for a 15 day trip to China for tourism, visiting families, minor business or personal affairs.
