immigrate to Xishuangbanna

my wife is chinese from Nanning, she has lived in England with me for 6 yrs now , we plan to move back to live and the temperature of Xishuangbana suits me fine , what is the job propsect there for health and safety engineers or welders , i have a teaching certificate as well in english , she is a hospital doctor and has 22yrs experience in that field in Nanning , i just asking if there is opportunites there for us. also buying houses are they expensive , im looking for a 3 bedroom house , i know that they come as high rise buildings , ok with that . cheers
