About:Chinese Permanent Residence Permit

Am I eligible to apply for permanent residence?

Hi I have been working in china since sept 1995 in various cities. I have worked more than seven years as gm
Or dgm position in international five star hotel. I m from Nepal. Am I eligible to apply for permanent residence.
