China visa and HongKong visa

I am Australian Citizen, travelling to Malaysia (family hometown) for three days, then travel to (Guangzhou) China for five days, and go to Hong Kong for three days, then go back to Malaysia for days again. I understand that I need to apply China travel visa at Canberra, but do I also need to apply HongKong visa to fly from China to HongKong?
