what is best month to visit hailuogou to experience hot spring with snow?

Can you book for us the best resort?  What is the name and cost of best resort inside Hailuogou park?Can you arrange tour for 4 persons?  We are independent and budget travellers.The main purpose of visit is to experience hot spring in winter snow.Is traveling by public bus from chengdu to hailuogou safe?

The best season to visit Hailuogou is in winter(from October to the next April). For the hotels, you may consider the Yijia Hot Spring Resort, Hailuogou Pearl Garden Hotel, Bingchuan Hotel, Glacial Holiday Village of Hot Spring, etc. It is convenient to Hailuogou from Chengdu by public bus. You may take bus at the New South Gate Bus Station. The bus departs at 9:30 every morning at a cost of around CNY120 and the journey takes about 7 hours.
