Where can I buy ferry ticket from kowloon HK to macau?!

From where can I buy the ferry ticket which takes me from kowloon HK to macau?!!
and should the ticket be (a round trip ticket) for whom need a visa-upon-arrival to enter macau ?!

You can go to China Ferry Terminal at Tsim Sha Tsui to buy the ferry ticket and then take ferry to Macau. You need to get a visa and you'd better apply it in advance.
