About:Embassy & Consulates of Russia in China

Sending application by recorded delivery

I am living in Shenzhen, and will find it difficult to take the morning off to travel to Consulate General of the Russian Federation in Guangzhou. I was wondering if it's possible to send my passport there with my application and invitation to accure my visa? Previously I was granted a visa in Hong Kong, but it meant I needed to stay in HK for 3 working days.

Many thanks,
Tom

Hi, as I know most of the consulate do not accept mail application. You can entrust an agent if you can not handle this in person.
