I cruise in March 2013, stops in Hong Kong,Shanghai,Dalian,Beijing,what copies need for visa?

It is not necessary, my suggestion is just specify your cruise line to the item 2.2. If you do not have any hotel informationn involved in your itinerary, you can just put N/A to the item below.
