what does opening mean for my parcel statue?

when i try to track my order from china the last status (after departure from outward office of exchange) says "opening". what does this mean?

Opening means that your parcel was checked by the Custom and then it will be sent to you soon.

I also have two packages saying the same.thing last entry is opening. Is there more details you can add to your answer thank you greg

It means the parcel was opened by the custom to be checked in China Post and after that the parcel will be deliveried to your countries.

If it is opened in your country (the destination country), you will receive it within a week.

If the package is open is the origin country and have been over 14 days since that status,what couldit mean?

Maybe there are too many packages to handle at your customs. Or it has been at your local post office, waiting for taking. Just go there to check on your own.

i ordered my parcel on January 02,2014. as of January 09,2014 the parcel was opened in customs, but i haven't heard anything else about the location if my parcel RC066308021CN that is the tracking number, will you please tell me the location of my package?
