john (ghana) when can i get resident permittchinese green card?

i'm a Ghanian man that married a chinese for 5years and we already has children. we lives in china and i can only get (L VISA)SO, i wanna know, when can i get  resident permitt or chinese green card?

You can try to submit your application to local PSB where you live with your family in China. However, the visa officers there have the final say to your application. So, better prepare supporting documents in advance such as your marriage certificate and previous L visas.
