Long waiting time in hongkong airport

My connecting flight from hongkong-manila is more than 24hrs, am I allowed to go outside and visit disneyland until before my flight or maybe stay overnight in a hotel outside airport? I am a philippine passport holder.

Yes, you can go out of the airport and stay overnight outside of the airport.
