Actually, seldom people celebrate the Lantern Festival outside China. They only celebrate Chinese New Year. If you want to see activities in Texas, you can go to the Chinatown in Houston. Portions of Chinatown lie within the Greater Sharpstown, International, and Westchase management districts.0
