Requirements for Z working visa

Hi I was wondering what the work experience requirements are for the Z visa? I have heard you need a minimum of 2 years? Does that include part time work as well? I am not applying for a teaching job if that makes a difference, the company I'm applying for is a large foreign company who has said they will provide all the supporting documents
