About:Beijing Capital Airport T3

If my flight is at 12pm what time should i arrive at Beijing airport,?

i would like to relax, shop and have something to eat. What time do you suggest?

Do you mean that you wanna relax, shop and eat something at the airport? If so, I suggest you arrive at the airport at least 4-5h ahead. After doing the things you mentioned, you need spare around 2h for boarding and luggage check.
