I need to purchase tickets of Hongqiao Shanghai to Taian, do you send them to Australia?

I need to travel Shanghai to Taian, Taian to Xuzhou East, Xuzhou East to Shanghai, in February. Where do I collect the tickets, can you send them to Australia so I have them before I travel.
