Chinese Visa for Husband and Mother-in-Law

I am a US citizen traveling to Beijing for business on an F Chinese Visa. What is the easiest way to obtain tourist visas for my husband and mother-in-law, who would like to join me on my business trip?

The be simple, they may just apply for a tourist visa to accompany you to China.
