You can make your visit like this:
1st day: Ngong Ping 360 in the early morning and then to Disneyland.
2nd day: Ocean Park during day time and then the Peak at night.
3rd day: Harbour for a shopping day and the Star of Avenue and see the A Symphony of Lights there.
4th day: Wong Tai Sin Temple in the morning and then Saigon during the after to taste the local sea food. Then you can leave for Macau.
In the evening, you can visit Grand Lisboa or City of Dream. Both of them are gamblin house as well as entertainment centers.
5th day: Macau Tower, A Ma Temple and Kun Iam Temple
6th day: Senado Square, Ruins of St. Paul's, St. Domingo's Church, Monte Fort and The Museum Of Macau.
