Can I use a credit card to buy a multi-trip or multi-day subway pass in Shanghai/PVG?

I heard that the credit card of Bank of China and Communication Back of China can be used to get a subway pass. But I've never heard an American or international credit card is used for that. I suggest you consult the service center of the MTR stations.0

No multi-day subway pass in shanghai. But you can buy a Traffic card.0
