where is harbin west train station?

Question

I'm looking at taking a D train and it stops at Harbin West but I can't find an address for it.  Is it the same as the Train Station on Tielu Jie?

No, it is not the same station with the Train Station at TieluJie. It is a new station at the junction of Haxi New District and Qunli New District.
