Yes, you can take ferry from Macau Mritime Ferry Terminal to Canton. There is bullet train from Zhuhai North Railway Station to Canton.1

Hi, the ferries between Macau and Canton only operate on Saturdays and Sundays, once a day. Ferry on Saturday departs from Macau at 10:45 and that on Sunday departs at 16:15. It costs CNY180 and CNY280 for standard seat and first class seat respectively. Kids under 6 years old get 50% discount.
Bullet train from Zhuhai to Canton costs CNY36 for a second class seat and CNY44 for a first class seat.
