I will arrive to Shanghai on a tourist visa, then fly to Ho Chi Minh City on a tourist visa. I can stay in Ho Chi Minh City or go to Hanoi, and I have about three weeks in which to get this. I also have a company who has hired me and will provide me with the necessary paperwork from China. Is this possible?

As I know, you can't get a China visa as a tourist in a third country. I advise you change to go to Hk to have a try.

As I know, you can't get a China visa as a tourist in a third country. I advise you change to go to Hk to have a try.
