About:Jinshanling Great Wall Map

Is Simatai still closed?

Hello,
Can you advise how to get from Beijing to either Great Wall locations Simatai or if Simatai is still closed, Jinshanling. We will be in Beijing on January 25th 2013.

You can go to Dongzhimen Bus Station to take bus to reach Jinshanling. On weekends, you may find the direct bus to reach the attration at that station. If you cannot find the direct one, you can take bus 980 fast bus to reach Miyun bus station first and then take a local taxi to reach the attraction. If you are in a group of people, it is suggest you to hire a taxi to reach Jinshanling, so the taxi driver can take you back after you finish visiting.
Simatai section is still closed, so I am afriad that you can only go to Jinshanling.
