How can you track down missing packages that were destined for South China University of Technology

These were sent first class international, two medium size parcels, containing 150.00 US dollars worth of merchandise. The recipient states he did not receive them and went to the Wushan post office numerous times.
I think I have been scammed either by the recipient or they were stolen at the Wushan post office. Since I do not speak Chinese, how would I go about contacting the post office?

Hi, I don't think the staff in the post office can understand you either. Try to dial 11185 (the hotline of China Domestic and International Post Service) and ask then to help you contact Wushan Post Office.
