About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

hi people...i overstayed my visa for 2yrs in china and was deported back to my country.can i still

hi people...i overstayed my visa for 2yrs in china and was deported back to my country.then after i got new passport with a different name age and signature apply for china visa and was granted 1yr and i am now here in yanshuo city
my question is can i be able to extend it?can i still go to exit and entry and extend it?Mike from nepal

Yes, you can apply for extension of stay at the local Public Security Bureau.

If you can get the visa with the new passport, I don't think there will be any problem for the application of the extension.
