About:Overstaying in China & Penalty

Overstaying for 2yrs

What if I overstaying in china in 2yrs?what will Be my penalties and how if we don't have money to pay?

Usually, one needs to pay CNY500 per day after overstaying, but the capped amount won’t exceed CNY10,000. You are advised to report the situation to the police station as soon as possible, otherwise you may be put into a jail. The sooner, the better. Good luck.
