Looking for my package
I ordered a package that was shipped and was at a sorting facility in China on the 17th and still states that it is still at the same facility in China. I was assured I would get it in 5-6 days and still have not recieved it yet. I am really upset and frustrated at this point. Can you please help locate my package and let me know what is going. It was not cheap and I really wanted t for Christmas for my husband and now 3 days later and no one can seem to help me. EE540853181CN this is the tracking #. Thank you
