I am born on 22 August 1964 looking for career promotion prospects
I have joined this company in June 2023 as a senior contracts specialist & in September 2024 the company entrusted me with the responsibility of of contracts department of a cluster based on my performance. I had taken up this junior position as I wanted to return back to UAE and the the company that I joined was doing well. Now after 2 months of managing the procurement department, I still am with the junior designation and I’m concerned if I will be offered a change in designation and promotion. Please advise if this is the right time to write to my HR and reporting manager on my change in designation and promotion.
