Hotel reservation and tourist visa for 60 days ?

I plan to travel in China for 2 months (February and March 2013) and my plan is to enter China from Hong Kong. I will choose my stay in hotels when I will be in China so I have no hotel reservation before going there.

1. Can I get double entry tourist visa valid for 2 months (60 days) ?
2. Do I really need hotel reservation when taking in consideration that I will move from city to city?

Thank you.

1. For sightseeing in China, I'm afraid you will be not abel to get a double-entry visa.
2. You do have to provide the hotel reservation for the application.
