I have a seven hour layover coming at Beijing Capital (PEK) after a 12 hour flight

I am disabled, the result of a head-on collision with a car while on my motorcycle. I can walk but walking any distance is a problem. Here's my question: With a seven hour layover at Beijing Capital (PEK) is it possible to find a place where I could take a swim then get a massage?

Please advise
