You can buy the bullet train ticket upon arrival. Welk, which train station do you mean? Is it Meilan Airport Railway Station? If so, the station links Meilan Airport via an underground transit channel. After arriving at Meilan Airport, you can just go via the channel according to the land signs to get to the train station.
