the metropolitan taxi in beijing allow 5 adults in a trip? or maximum 4 adults?

Most drivers would refuse to take you all in a taxi in the daytime, because it is against the rule. But if you arrive late and wanna share a taxi, just negotiate with some drivers and they may accept 4 adults and a small kid.0
