About:Beijing Taxi

the metropolitan taxi in beijing allow 5 adults in a trip? or maximum 4 adults?

What about 4 adults of small size & a child of 9 yrs old? Is it allowed?

Most drivers would refuse to take you all in a taxi in the daytime, because it is against the rule. But if you arrive late and wanna share a taxi, just negotiate with some drivers and they may accept 4 adults and a small kid.

I am really surprised some-one from Singapore would ask such a question. Why would you incite the driver to break the law? The law is clear.
