Hi,1.  when is the appropriate time to apply for a visa?2.  as for the bank certificate and bank statement, the travel will be supported by me and my sister.  I work in Dubai and my sister works in Singapore thus we will be applying for it where we are staying.  Will it pose a problem if our parents will present the bank statement and bank certificate in our name?3.  It will be 4 of us travelling, how much is the minimum adb should I present to the bank?4.  Can you suggest a travel agency that can do or assist my parents for application?Thank you.Kind regards,Jen

1. The best time to apply in late March or April.2. If you and your sister will bear the expense, your bank statement and your sister's, proof of relationship are sufficient for application. 3. About the ADB, it should be of 100K per person as i know, you can confirm this with the embassy directly if possible. 4. Sorry that I have no idea on any travel agency, the application can be handled by anyone entrusted. I think if you have other relatives/friends there, it is not necessary to use an agent as they charge too much.
