My family is planning to go to China (first time)as a tourist in May 2013.

Hi,

1. when is the appropriate time to apply for a visa?
2. as for the bank certificate and bank statement, the travel will be supported by me and my sister. I work in Dubai and my sister works in Singapore thus we will be applying for it where we are staying. Will it pose a problem if our parents will present the bank statement and bank certificate in our name?
3. It will be 4 of us travelling, how much is the minimum adb should I present to the bank?
4. Can you suggest a travel agency that can do or assist my parents for application?
