What's the weather in Beijing in January and February? What's the best month to go to Great Wall?

I think late April to May is the best time to visit the Wall.
It is cold during January and February in BJ. The average temperature in Jan. is about 2 to 3C below zero and the February is similar. The wind is heavy during that time, too.2
