About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

hello, We plan to go out of china but we have only the ''registration form of tempory residence''

is it available to take flight and comme back (we have visa Z but with only 1 entrence, already used !)

Hi, if you do not have residence permit issued within 30 days after entry with the Z, you can not return after leave.
