About:China Visa on Arrival

Shenzen Visa

Am from India and intend to visit Shenzen in Apr'2013. I am planning to go to Hong Kong and from HK visit Shenzen for a day. Would there be any restriction for getting it from myself, my wife and son ? Do I need to procure before travelling to Shenzen immigration or would I get it from there itself ? How long does it take to get it?
